This Privacy Policy describes how FidWeb Ltd. ("FidWeb", "we", "the Company") collects, uses, and protects the personal data of its employees when they use the FidWeb mobile application ("the App"). The App is intended strictly for internal use within FidWeb Ltd.

1. Scope of Application

FidWeb is the internal enterprise resource planning (ERP) mobile application of FidWeb Ltd., available on iOS and Android. It is accessible only to authorized employees of FidWeb Ltd. The App is not intended for public use or for children.

3. Personal Data We Process

The App processes the following categories of data:

Employee identification data (name, email address, phone number)
Employment-related information (position, assigned projects)
Authentication data (one-time login codes sent via email or phone number)
Work-related content submitted by employees (daily summaries, comments, uploaded documents and images)
Task management data, invoices, and internal requests (vacation, sick leave)
Device and technical data (device type, OS version, app version)
Approximate or precise location data, where required by specific features
Usage and diagnostic data (analytics and crash reports)

All employee profile data already exists in the internal systems of FidWeb Ltd. and is not collected from the public.

4. Purpose of Processing

FidWeb Ltd. processes personal data for the following purposes:

Providing access to the App and authenticating users
Managing employee tasks, projects, and internal workflows
Handling internal requests such as vacation and sick leave
Facilitating internal communication and announcements
Improving performance, stability, and security of the App
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal obligations

5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Data processing is based on:

Performance of the employment contract between the employee and FidWeb Ltd.
Legitimate interests of FidWeb Ltd. in operating its internal systems
Compliance with legal obligations under applicable EU and Bulgarian law

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

Firebase & Google Analytics – analytics and app performance monitoring
Sentry – error tracking and crash reporting

These services may collect device and usage data in accordance with their own privacy policies and act as data processors on behalf of FidWeb Ltd. under GDPR.

7. Data Sharing

FidWeb Ltd. does not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with authorized service providers and internal systems necessary for the App's functionality.

8. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose or to comply with legal requirements and the internal policies of FidWeb Ltd.

9. Data Security

FidWeb Ltd. implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Employees have the right to:

Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion or restriction of processing where legally applicable
